CEC begins registration for current families in December for the coming school year. Enrollment for former families, MVBC church members and the general public begins in January for the coming school year. Spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis. If a particular class fills during registration, a wait list will be started for that class.
Former families and MVBC church members are given priority registration after current students/families.
Families who add their name to the prospective family email list will be notified via email with the date and time that Open Registration will begin.
There is a $125, non-refundable Registration Fee due at the time of registration. If there is not a spot available for a specific class at registration, parents may choose a different class or add their child to the wait list for a specific class. CEC does not accept the registration fee unless a spot is available.
December 10 – Registration for Current Students/Families
January 9 (8:00 a.m.) – Registration for Former Families & MVBC members
January 13 (8:00 a.m.)– Registration opens to public
*New Student Registration - Please bring the completed registration form, $125 non-refundable registration fee and your child’s original birth certificate to registration.
Enrollment Contracts will be mailed or sent home in March to all parents who have children registered for the 2019-20 school year. Contracts and a tuition deposit must be returned by the set deadline or CEC will assume the child will not be enrolling in CEC and that spot will be opened for the next person on the wait list. Registration fees will not be refunded.
